Schedule a 55 minute new patient appointment to discuss the menopausal symptoms you are experiencing. Receive options for evidence-based treatments, prescriptions for your desired treatment, referrals to appropriate risk-based screenings, and reassurance about the normal expectations of the menopausal transition. Follow-up visits are scheduled for 25 or 55 minute time slots.
Individual Consultation.
Book a Menopause Party. Cindy will facilitate a conversation about the expectations of menopause; no questions are “off-limits”! You provide the space and snacks and Cindy will provide the expertise. All participants will leave with more knowledge, reassurance, a sense of community, and a discount for an individual consultation with Cindy.

Individual Consultation:
New Patient: $250 - 55 minutes
Returning Patient: $150 - 25 minutes; $250 - 55 minutes
Credit cards, FSA cards, HSA cards, cash, and check accepted. A receipt of healthcare services received is available in the Patient Portal to submit to insurance for reimbursement.
Menopause Party:
Cindy will facilitate a discussion of menopause with a group of up to 10 people for 1-2 hours at a location of your choosing. Snacks and drinks to be provided by the party host. Pricing is per party, not per person.
Less than 5 miles from Office: $250
5 - 10 miles from Office: $300
